At the beginning of 2005 we embarked on a challenge to improve our
performance in providing affordable housing. Specifically our challenge is
to triple the rate at which we provide housing solutions while at the same
time cutting in half the average amount of time it takes to provide a
housing solution.
- We pledge that we will provide a housing solution for credit ready
customers within 120 days.
- We pledge to offer a quality, manufactured and modular home to help
us cut our delivery time to the customer.
- We pledge to serve more customers.
The Results
At Frontier, our average for all housing solutions is 139 days, regardless

exceeding our goals, while maintaining a loan delinquency rate below 5%.
